Firmly rooted in tradition and in the community, the foundation for Williamsburg Landing was laid in the 1970s by a group of local residents who foresaw a need for a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Williamsburg. In 1985, that vision became reality in the opening of Williamsburg Landing.
