Join us at The Trellis Bar and Grill for an evening of bourbon tasting and history. Richard Ambrose will be guiding guests through bourbon’s rich American past via famous Kentucky bourbons: the old fashioned, Old Forester (1870 original recipe), Elmer T. Lee, and Stagg Jr.
Chefs Everett, Scott, and Marc will be serving a menu that does all the flavors of bourbon justice: barbecue crab, bourbon chicken thighs, pull apart bread and an assortment of cheese start the evening off in savory heaven. Second plates include bourbon marinated pork tenderloins, smoked beef brisket, and bourbon glazed salmon. Dessert features roasted peaches, a milk punch milk shake, and--just in case you didn’t get enough--bourbon pecan monkey bread!
