Jump-start the holiday season with a celebration of Christmastide for the whole family.

The Tavern Gift Shoppe offers a large selection of locally-made artisan wares; outside are more vendors selling unique artisan gift ideas, fresh greenery, and a gift basket raffle. Pick up some home-baked holiday goodies in Ye Olde Bake Shop.

Enjoy a complimentary cup of hot mulled cider while strolling carolers serenade you. Local owners of antique and collectable cars will be cruising in for a visit. Bring your camera for a visit with Santa in the Carriage House.

Four guilds are on-site, demonstrating their skills: spinners & weavers, woodworkers, quilters and blacksmiths. While adults do their own shopping, children have a special shopping area where they are assisted in picking out gifts for family members and have them gift-wrapped. The cost is just $2 a gift. The Tavern Cafe' offers a leisurely lunch of homemade soups, fresh-baked breads, sandwiches and salads, quiche, and sweet treats, all made by Tavern volunteers.

A lovely historical building, dating back to the late 1700's, the Tavern will be decked out for the holidays. Come enjoy the Northern Neck for the holidays!
