Ingram Bay Homes understands that every client begins the custom home journey with a unique vision of their dream home.
As a multigenerational custom builder, the company has spent decades transforming those visions into sustainable homes designed for beauty and everyday living. The Ingram Bay Homes process is thoughtfully structured to guide clients through the many decisions involved in building a fully custom residence, ensuring clarity, confidence and collaboration from concept to completion.
In 2024, Monty and Mary Deihl contracted with Ingram Bay Homes to build their forever home on Fleeton Point. They loved the coastal lifestyle and wanted elevated living spaces and plenty of room to entertain, both inside and out. As their ideas evolved, the final design closely mirrored the iconic home featured in the Ingram Bay Homes’s logo, a moment where client vision and builder identity seamlessly came together. The home became a physical representation of the values, craftsmanship and coastal elegance the company’s logo symbolizes.
The Deihl home reflects craftsmanship and sustainability for which Ingram Bay Homes is known. Designed to thrive in its waterfront environment, the residence blurs the line between indoors and the stunning waterfront views. The second- level kitchen and living area form the heart of the home, offering an inviting space to gather, relax and take in the surrounding scenery.
Luxury and practicality are seamlessly balanced. A private third-floor master suite provides a peaceful retreat, while wide porches, custom cabinetry and trim enhance the home’s character. The house is also practical, with a spacious ground floor, two garages, a pool, a bathroom and a kitchen for the grandkids, making for easy living all year long.
Speaking about the process as first-time new-home builders, the Deihls said they had expected an overwhelming task. Instead, the Ingram Bay Homes team guided them through the process with open communication, thoughtful guidance and a shared commitment to bringing their dream home to life. “They helped make our dream home a reality,” says Monty. “And the finished product speaks for itself.”
