Colonial Flower Arranging with Floral Designer Cindy Naylor
Middlesex County Woman’s Club, 202 Virginia Street, Urbanna, VA, 23175, United States
Celebrate Fall and this beautiful time of year by attending The Middlesex County Museum & Historical Society’s Fall Fundraiser, Colonial Flower Arranging. Cindy Naylor, who locally owned and operated “The Wild Bunch” for 23 years, is the speaker. She will be using some of her favorite fall flowers in her demonstrations while sharing tips and tricks to create beautiful custom fall arrangements. Attendees will gather ideas and insights as they watch her work so that they can enhance their own designs in the future. Naylor’s creations completed at the event will be raffled off at the end of the gathering.
Proceeds from this gathering will benefit the Middlesex County Museum & Historical Society. Founded in 1935 through the WPA, their mission is three-fold:
• To acquire and preserve items and objects related to the history of Middlesex County.
• To promote the discussion, documentation, exhibition, and publication of this material.
• To educate and inform citizens of the importance of this history in the development of our county, state, and nation.
