Blending with the Winemaker

Learn about the art of blending in this educational and interactive session led by our winemaker, Zach Pierce. Participants will receive education about the art of blending award-winning wines. Then working in small teams with assistance from Zach, they will develop a proprietary blend from each team.

At the end of the session, each blend will be sampled by the entire class in a blind tasting. The team producing the winning blend will receive a personalized certificate, suitable for framing, as well as bragging rights. May the best blend win!

This event will take place in our Barrel Room and will be limited to 20 people.

Advance tickets are required for this event. Tickets are $45/person + tax. Club Member tickets are $40 + tax (limit 2).
