After Hours Concert ("Jazz in the Courtyard")
to
Ingleside Vineyards 5872 Leedstown Road, Oak Grove, Virginia 22443
Join us for an “After Hours” concert, featuring the Tina Hashemi Quartet!
This summer, we’re bringing back those classic evening concerts in the courtyard that everyone remembers, featuring full band performances by some of our region’s top acts. On August 15th, our theme will be “Jazz in the Courtyard”, inspired by one of our longest-running events of all time.
Our featured musical entertainment will be the Tina Hashemi Quartet. Tina Hashemi is a jazz vocalist based out of Central Virginia and Philadelphia. Tina brings a sweet sensibility to classic jazz standards and the Great American Songbook. Her pure, unaffected tone, her sense of swing, and her creativity as an improviser with big ears and stores of imagination has made her a favorite throughout the Virginia/D.C. area. Tina has headlined venues such as Blues Alley, Reveler Experiences, and Chris’ Jazz Cafe, as well as appearing at festivals like the MAD Jazz Festival and the Lake Anna Jazz Festival. As an educator, Tina has also led masterclasses at Eastern Mennonite University and for private voice studios. In 2024, Tina was awarded 3rd place in the international Ella Fitzgerald Jazz Vocal Competition.
Food will be available for sale from Wild Olive & Fig. Wild Olive & Fig is a mobile charcuterie bar and catering company, specializing in savory and sweet grazing for events and venues. (Menu TBA)
