Raise a Glass to Fall: Tickets Now Available for Yorktown Wine and Oyster Festival

It's time to sip, slurp, and celebrate! The Yorktown Wine and Oyster Festival returns to Riverwalk Landing from 12pm to 6pm on Saturday, October 3, and 12pm to 4pm on Sunday, October 4, for an unforgettable weekend of fine wine, fresh oysters, live entertainment, artisan  shopping, and breathtaking waterfront views along the York River. 

Wine enthusiasts can sample an impressive selection of Virginia wines alongside sparkling and international selections, including Rieslings from Germany and champagne from France in celebration of Yorktown's sister cities. Whether you're craving fresh local oysters, seafood specialties, or classic festival fare, there's something to pair perfectly with every pour. 

Early Bird pricing is available through August 30, offering guests the best value before prices increase on August 31: 

  • Saturday Grand Tasting: $40
  • Sunday Grand Tasting: $30
  • Two-Day Grand Tasting: $65 

Beginning August 31, ticket prices increase to: 

  • Saturday Grand Tasting: $50
  • Sunday Grand Tasting: $35
  • Two-Day Grand Tasting: $85
  • Non-Drinking Admission: $20 

Live music sets the tone for the weekend with performances by: 

Saturday, October 3 

  • 12pm – The Fifes & Drums of York Town
  • 12:30pm to 3pm – The Original Rhondels
  • 3:30pm to 6pm – Party Fins 

Sunday, October 4 

  • 12:30pm to 4pm – The Michael Clark Band 

Festival goers can browse artisan vendors featuring wine-inspired merchandise while enjoying a variety of seafood and other festival favorites. Additional details about food vendors and activities will be announced soon.

In addition to creating an unforgettable waterfront experience, the festival supports the missions of outstanding nonprofit organizations serving York County, making every ticket purchase an investment in the local community.

Free parking is available throughout Historic Yorktown at York Hall, the York-Poquoson Courthouse, County Administration Building, Riverwalk Landing Parking Terrace, the Yorktown Battlefield Visitor Center, and other designated public parking areas. The free, ADA-accessible Yorktown Trolley, will operate until 5pm both days, providing convenient transportation throughout Historic Yorktown.
