Join us for our final wine dinner, Diamonds & Rubies themed, black tie affair. Sommelier Samir Dhir, a Wine Spectator winner, will unveil four rare, high-end California wines, paired with a four-course menu designed by the resort's Executive Chef TV Flynn. Come enjoy this glamorous, red carpet night filled with delightful culinary experiences.
The evening will begin with a reception with hors d'oeuvres and paired wines in the King Carter Room at 6 p.m. followed by a four-course dinner with paired wine in the The View Room at 6:45 p.m. Cost is $100++ (tax and gratuity).
